As the main control unit for satellite management, attitude control management, and load management, IOBC provides a wealth of communication bus interfaces, especially the addition of the RS422 interface commonly used in the aerospace field, and provides external three-phase brushless motor control, three-axis magnetic torque converter control, integrates GNSS, IMU, and MTM, and provides external multi-channel load power supply interfaces.

As a highly integrated control unit, IOBC has control accuracy that can meet the needs of different satellites.
The wheel speed control accuracy is 5 rpm; the magnetic torquer current control accuracy is better than 5mA; the integrated magnetometer measures the three-axis magnetic field intensity with a range of better than ±2gauss and an accuracy of better than 1%; the integrated gyroscope bias stability is better than 0.8 º/h , the measurement range is better than ±50 º, the measurement accuracy is better than 0.01 º/s/
