Our Reaction Wheel System, developed by Zero Gravity Laboratory, is a crucial component for satellite attitude control. This advanced system is specifically designed for satellites ranging from 5KG to 50KG, offering exceptional performance and precision.

  • High Output Torque & Precision Control: The system delivers high torque with precise control, ensuring reliable satellite orientation adjustments.
  • Digital Control Circuit: Equipped with a sophisticated digital control circuit for enhanced performance and accuracy.
  • CAN Communication: Default configuration supports CAN communication with a baud rate of 500 kbps, facilitating seamless data exchange.
  • Parameter Input Protection: Built-in protection for input parameters ensures robust operation and prevents configuration errors.
  • Command Control Functions: Provides control over speed, current, and torque commands, allowing fine-tuned adjustments to meet specific needs.
  • Telemetry Function: Features dynamic display of control target values, actual wheel speed, and motor current in floating-point format, enabling real-time monitoring.
  • Real-time Data Recording & Display: Records and graphically displays wheel speed and motor current, providing valuable insights into system performance.
  • Data Storage: All data is stored in CSV file format for easy access and analysis.
